Important Notice

Please Read and Sign Prior to Booking

We understand that the following guidelines may seem extensive, but they are absolutely essential to ensure a smooth and successful wedding day. These policies are not just recommendations; they are crucial steps that help us provide the highest quality service while staying on schedule and avoiding any unnecessary disruptions. Our goal is to ensure the bride and wedding party are fully prepared and looking their best without delays or distractions that could affect the overall timeline of the day.

Each guideline has been carefully designed to prevent common issues that can arise during wedding preparations, and by adhering to them, we can avoid any stress or last-minute complications. Your cooperation allows us to focus entirely on delivering the best results for you and your bridal party.

Please review the following terms thoroughly and ensure that you understand them. By signing this agreement prior to booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions as binding. This agreement helps maintain the professional and seamless flow of your wedding day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on time.

1. No Services in Bathrooms

  • Legal & Sanitation Requirement: Hair and makeup services will not be provided in a bathroom. This is due to health and safety regulations. Please ensure an alternative space is prepared in advance. Any delays in securing an appropriate space will not be our responsibility.

2. No Steaming Around the Service Area

  • Environment Control: Please avoid using steamers or creating excess steam in the areas where hair and makeup services are being conducted. Steam can affect the hair setting and makeup application, compromising the quality of our services.

3. No Sharing of Products or Tools

  • Product Use & Full Service Fee: If anyone not receiving hair or makeup services requests to use our products (such as hairspray) or asks us to touch up hair that was not originally serviced by us, a full service fee will apply. We cannot accommodate partial or informal use of our products.

4. Well-lit and Ventilated Rooms Required

  • Lighting & Ventilation: Hair and makeup must be conducted in well-lit and properly ventilated rooms. Poor lighting or ventilation can negatively impact the quality of services provided. Please ensure that the room is adequately prepared in advance.

5. Temperature-Controlled Environment

  • Room Temperature: The room where services are performed must be temperature-controlled. This is especially important during hot months, as weather can affect how we perform services and the durability of the results. Excessive heat or cold can significantly impact hairstyling and makeup application.

6. Strict Timeline & No Interruptions

  • Photographers & Timeliness: Under no circumstances are photographers, coordinators, planners, or others allowed to pull clients for photos or other activities until all hair and makeup services are 100% completed. This is non-negotiable. Any interruption before services are finished will disrupt our timeline, for which we will not be responsible.

Additionally, photographer arrival time must be provided to ensure alignment with our schedule. We operate on a strict timeline to ensure everyone is ready on time. Any disruptions will result in potential delays, and we cannot guarantee that the remaining timeline will be met.

7. Rates are Non-Negotiable

  • It’s important to understand that all rates are non-negotiable, regardless of the number of services added. We do not offer discounts for multiple services or “combination packages.” Our pricing reflects the level of time, effort, and expertise required to ensure the best possible outcome. Just as you wouldn’t expect to work additional hours at your job and receive less pay, we apply the same principle. We kindly ask for the same respect when it comes to the services we provide. Each service is carefully priced to reflect the professional standard we uphold, and it’s essential that this is understood in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.
